Paloma Drink Recipe - Refreshing Low Calorie Tequila Cocktail!
Share
We love a good margarita and are always in search of a great low calorie skinny margarita. Mostly because if they are not handmade you can only drink so much mix before you explode. The Paloma is a great low calorie alternative that is simple, refreshing and easy to order a any bar.
The bitter flavor or grapefruit mixed with the bold flavor of tequila equal a surprisingly easy-drinking cocktail. In Mexico, the Paloma is actually preferred over margaritas! A traditional Paloma is made with grapefruit soda but we like this version that calls for fresh grapefruit juice. You won't be let down.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Tequila Blanco
- 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
(Optional: Club Soda)
How to Mix
- Add all ingredients to an ice-filled collins glass
- Stir to combine
(Optional: Top with soda and lightly stir.)
This is one of our favorite tequilas. Highly rated and smoother than most.
